At by Crea, we take pride in our handcrafted furniture and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new piece doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can initiate a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it securely in its original packaging to ensure it arrives back at our studio safely.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for any signs of use or damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
